Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they set out the basis on which reservations are accepted for Borralha Hotel, Restaurante & Spa. The Terms and Conditions below apply to reservations made through the hotel’s official website or by phone.
These Terms of Use come into effect upon their publication and govern the access and/or use by the User of our website. By using our website, the user expressly agrees to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
Content presented on the website
This website serves as a platform to present our hotel unit, also allowing online reservations and newsletter subscriptions. All elements contained on the site and information sent by email are protected by copyright, trademark, data protection and privacy rights, among other intellectual property rights, and belong to Borralha Hotel, Restaurante & Spa.
Use of the Website
Use of the website implies that the user must be of legal age, with a minimum age of 18 years.
The user has complete freedom to use the website, provided they comply with these Terms of Use, particularly regarding copyright and industrial property rights.
Users are solely responsible for the use they make of the content on the Site.
The following activities are prohibited:
- Activities that infringe upon the rights of Borralha Hotel, Restaurant & Spa;

It is prohibited to publish or transmit any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any material that could
constitute or encourage behavior that is considered a criminal offense, result in civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Borralha Hotel, Restaurant & Spa will fully cooperate with all law enforcement authorities or court orders requesting or directing Borralha Hotel, Restaurant & Spa to disclose the identity of any individual who posts such information or materials. The user must act in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of third parties and in good faith.
Reception
Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
Check-out: until 12:00 PM.
Early check-out and late check-out are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Check-in
Check-in will be performed exclusively with the reservation holder, who must have in their possession all passports and/or identification documents for all guests listed in the reservation.
In accordance with Portuguese law, at check-in, it is mandatory to present an official identification document (Passport, Citizen Card/Identity Card) for all guests occupying the accommodation (adults, children, and infants). The document will only be used for the identification of the guests, no copies will be made, and it will be returned immediately to its holder.
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
Child and Extra Bed Policies
Children up to 3 years old are accommodated in a crib free of charge*;
Children from 4 to 8 years old can be accommodated in an extra bed for an additional charge of 15€/night*;
Children from 9 to 16 years old can be accommodated in an extra bed for an additional charge of 25€/night*.
An extra bed is only allowed in the following room types: Deluxe Double Room, King Double Room, and Master Suite.
*Crib and extra bed requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed.
The maximum capacity of the Standard Superior rooms is 2 people, and it is not possible to accommodate additional guests, except for children up to 3 years old.
For family bookings (maximum of 4 people), two connecting rooms (Deluxe Triple Room) are available, subject to availability. You can contact the Reservations team or the reception for more details.
Cleaning Services
We ensure daily cleaning and tidying of the rooms. Towel changes are made upon request by the guest. Bed linen is changed every two days and whenever the room is occupied by a new guest.
Restaurant
Opening hours of Borralha Restaurant:
Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
Lunch: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Dinner: 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Spa Service
Spa schedule: Every day, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
All Spa services are subject to prior booking. Please contact the reception for more details.
Parking
Borralha Hotel, Restaurante & Spa offers free parking on the property.
Animals
Pets are not allowed on the property, except for guide dogs.
Dress Code
There is a dress code in effect in the public areas of the property, which will be monitored and enforced.
Restaurant
Opening hours of Borralha Restaurante:
Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
Lunch: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Dinner: 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Our rates include a buffet breakfast. This will be served at the Borralha Restaurant. The Borralha Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, but it is recommended to make a prior reservation. Allergies or dietary restrictions should be communicated at the time of the reservation so that they can be accommodated (additional charges may apply).
Operating hours of the kitchen at Borralha Restaurante:
Lunch: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Dinner: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Borralha Hotel, Restaurant & Spa reserves the right, at its discretion, to make any changes to any part of the website. As part of its update policy, Borralha Hotel, Restaurant & Spa may wish to alter these Terms and Conditions (including those related to the use of the content). The use of the website after changes have been published by Borralha Hotel, Restaurant & Spa implies acceptance of these changes. If the user does not agree to be bound by these changes, they should not continue using the website.
Data Protection
The personal data provided will be used solely and exclusively for reservations and billing purposes.
